Change of type is the conversion of an enterprise from one legal form into another, i.e., its coming into view as another commercial company by maintaining its legal and economic continuity, with a status and title appropriate to its shareholding type.
Today, companies resort to change of type transactions mostly for the purpose of benefiting from incentives and taxational advantages provided to companies of the new type, changing their capital responsibility and organizational structure, increasing and diversifying their financing opportunities. • Obtain through MERSİS a request number in relation to change of company type and make an application to the regional representation office
