Wage Management and Fringe Benefits

The Zeren MM Wage Management System is determined and updated depending upon the components of job levels, the wage market, the company’s wage policy and performance, and by observing sector conditions and in-house balances. As a component of the wage policy, we also provide our employees with various fringe benefits according to their position and title.

Following job evaluations, we determine wage policies on the basis of job levels. We closely follow the wage markets with national and international sectoral research all across the community, and implement a competitive and fair wage policy as a result of sectoral analysis.

Health Insurance: We provide Zeren MM employees with an opportunity for life insurance involving inpatient treatment and outpatient immediate treatment, and an annual check-up and life insurance, changing according to level.

Clothing Allowance: We implement this once a year in the form of an additional payment to Zeren MM employees other than their wage, with a view to ensuring compliance with our dress code.

Company Phone/Line: We provide Zeren MM employees with a company phone/line according to their position.

Birthdays: We entitle Zeren MM employees to paid leave for their birthdays, and allow them to spend their special days with their loved ones.

Meals: We provide lunch for Zeren MM employees with a meal card system..
